Information technologies for reconstruction of the intellectual communication network of a historian by the ego-sources (for example of Dmytro Yavornytsky’s epistolary)
Abstract
The article presents an analysis of modern ideas about the nature of intelligence and intelligent communications. It is shown that historical knowledge arises and evolves into intelligent networks, and means of communication - it is a message that provides the transition from concept to perception by a certain system of writing. Ideas circulating in the community as long as scientists performing intelligent network nodes in their interactive reproduce rituals. Ritual symbols form a special communicants sublanguage on which the community is distinguished from the others. The regularity of the use of rituals and sublanguage creates collective intelligence. The existence of an intelligent network is shown in the scientist epistolary, which synthesizes data communicants and the actual message. Published academician D. Yavornitsky’s correspondence giving grounds for the creation of a formal model of its intelligent communications. The significance of the epistolary heritage of a historian stimulate the use of efficient technologies for its study. Therefore, an intelligent network recreating program is reasonable to implement on the basis of the Digital History. The main stages of this global treatment should be digitized complex letters, their semantic markup using the TEI-tags, content analysis of historian’s epistolary, the use of visualization techniques and analysis of graph theory, and interpretation of the resulting model of intelligent communications network.
